I am excited to share a bit about myself with you. Originally from San Diego, I now live in McKinney, Texas.
I hold a master's degree in counseling and psychology and have been a certified Birth and End of Life Doula for over three decades, advocating for birthing empowerment for women of color and supporting families at the end of life.
In my multifaceted role as a diversity, equity, and inclusion trainer. I facilitate training curricula for county-mandated agencies. 
My passion for humanity has led me to develop a unique approach to supporting individuals, couples, and families facing life's many challenges. 
I focus on cultural truths to create healing within a safe and sacred community.
I am married and have two adult children, a son-in-love, and three grandchildren.  My passion for healing inspired me to develop non-therapeutic modalities that offer insightful and transformative experiences.
Each conversation inspires personal growth, cultivates new skill sets, and fosters healthy family ties.
My goal is to support individuals in rebuilding relationships and finding peace, success, and joy in living!
